教师家长会请看老师给各个班级的通知。 全校家长大会有两个时间段：10：20-10：40 在B 餐厅和 12：20-12：40 在H 餐厅, 希望家长们都能出席。Please save the date: Parent-Teacher Conference and All Parent Meeting on 4/10.
Pre-K, K ,CLS and some classes will have PTC during class time in their own classroom. Most classes will have PTC in H cafeteria at 12:00-12:20PM. We will have All Parents Meeting in H cafeteria at 12:20-12:40PM and in B cafeteria at 10:20-10:40AM. Note: A few classes may not hold PTC this week due to absence of your regular teacher or conflicting schedule. Please follow your teacher’s instructions.

Time to show off your math prowess and be giddy with the realization that your Chinese fluency and math skills have both improved in HXGNY! Math Contest problem sets are in English.

2016海外华裔青少年“中国寻根之旅”夏令营
——山东·烟台营 大纽约华夏中文学校
——宁夏营 大纽约华夏中文学校
今年夏天，我校与侨办再度合作，由我校独立组团，我校老师带队，分别参加以下夏令营。
山东·烟台营
活动时间：2016年7月24日—8月5日
活动地点：烟台、济南
宁夏营
活动时间：2016年8月1日—8月12日
活动地点：宁夏，石嘴山市
活动参与对象：出生日期在1998年6月1日至2004年6月1日之间的华夏学生、助教
费用：夏令营期间学生食宿行、参观及保险费用由侨办组织方承担。国际往返交通费用和营期以外的费用请营员家庭自行负担。每名参加夏令营学生缴纳报名费$200.00. 费用缴纳后，如因营员自行取消行程，费用将不返还。
这是我校第一次独立组团参加国内夏令营，让孩子们可以在学校老师的带领下，和熟悉的朋友在一起，与来自各国的华裔同龄人一道，领略中华文化，游览名胜景观。

《侨报》第五届少年儿童中文大赛 通知
2016年3月26日开始接受报名， 截稿日期为2016年10月15日。请在截稿日期前将文章和报名表寄到《侨报》或《侨报周末》当地办公室。请点击这里查看比赛表格。
“午餐服务 Lunch service at B registration room
为了方便家长记忆，每个月的上半月的前两周的周日由康州的大唐负责午餐服务，每个月的下半月的后两周的周日由Flushing的福冕负责午餐服务。 本周午餐会在11:30pm 开始卖饭。地点不变，仍在楼上的B seminar room, 只收现金。
为保证学校清洁卫生，请大家用餐后自行清理桌面，保持地面清洁。可以将食品带回家， 但校园用餐只限于餐厅内 (绝对不可以到其它教室或室外用处）。烦请所有家长遵守。谢谢大家的配合。
