节目遴选
春节联欢会的所有参选节目将于2月1日（本周日）进行遴选，
Program Screening
The program screening for the Chinese New Year Gala will be held on February 1st ( the coming Sunday) from 9: 30-13 : 30 . Pleas check with teacher for the specific time slot of your kid’s performance. The venue is at the Faculty Cafeteria in Building B and we will put out signs for direction. Since it is a bit far between the Cafeteria and classrooms, please assist your teacher to guide the young children to go there on time. Thanks!
联欢会门票
所有门票（儿童和成人）在2/8之前购买，单价为$10。（2/
2/8后购买门票，单价将为$12。请及时购买！
每张门票将包括午餐和水。午餐为盒饭或比萨饼。
任何学生和家长都需要购买门票以领取午餐并参加活动。
购买门票方式
请家长在周日2/1或2/8上课时间前来B大厅购买门票。

Gala Ticket:
All tickets (kids and adults) will be $10 per ticket when purchased on or before 2/8 (since there are no classes on 2/15 and 2/22).
Any tickets purchased after 2/8, will be at a price of $12. So please purchase on or before 2/8 for the discount.
Each ticket will cover lunch and water. Lunch includes boxed Chinese lunch or pizza and one bottle of water.
All students and their family members need to purchase tickets.
Where to purchase ticket?
Please come to B room on Sundays 2/1 and 2/8 during school hours to purchase ticket. There will be a table set up.
You can also purchase online ahead of time, please click here. After you purchase online, you will need to bring the receipt to school and exchange for actual paper tickets.

Educational Seminar Recap
On 1/25, Dr. David Rosenthal gave a successful parenting seminar to share his wisdom on common concerns parents have. This seminar focused on a big source of stress between kids and parents – kids playing video games.
Dr. Rosenthal introduced the idea that video games provide several ingredients that are good for child development, but that parents should supervise the amount of screen time. He provided a summary of the pros and cons of kids playing video games. Please click here for details.
