The firm specializes in high yield bonds. Noted for two funds both in America and two funds in Europe.
Funds are both long term & short term
7 billion dollar fund
Young company. Founders all worked together previously
Staff mostly in their thirties
22 people in CT. 3 in Europe
Chemistry very important. Why? Everybody lunches together. Intimate environment. Fun. Even some
practical jokes
Ideal person:
Analytical
Rational/deliberate in thought.
Excellent modelling skills.
