    Responsibilities
    Conduct financial and statistical analyses to derive insights and strategies to support the North America credit cards business.

    · Retrieve data and conduct data driven analytics utilizing various analytical tools, software and techniques
    · Track and analyze performance of various tests and marketing programs to evaluate effectiveness
    · Utilize statistical and segmentation tools to develop targeting strategies.
    · Conduct financial analyses and forecasting for program recommendations
    · Partner with cross functional teams to drive implementation of the recommendations.

    Qualifications
    · 2+ years of analytical work experience in financial services preferred, with good understanding of business needs and issues.
    · Demonstrated ability in data retrieving and manipulation as well as proficient analytical skills.
    · Quick learner of new technologies and business functions
    · Advanced degree in Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Econometrics, or other quantitative discipline is preferred
    · Ability to translate data into insights that understands customer needs and behavioral drivers.
    · Good communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional team members.
    · Demonstrated ability in problem solving and think independently
    · Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
    · Demonstrated ability to ensure high quality work even when timeline is tight
    · Knowledge of SAS and SQL is highly preferred

    · Self-motivated with a passion to transform the Citi Cards business
    · A team-player and willingness to collaborate
    · Good communication skills (both verbally and in writing) as well as presentation skills
    · Demonstrated aptitude for continuous learning and development.
