根据教育委员会的《教育规划报告》，校委会提交以下“华夏纽约教育发展规划基本原则”:

1．积极推行中文教育多元化，在保持《标准中文》的基础上，开通《美洲华语》一到九年级，逐步开通《马立平中文》, 给家长学生提供选择。具体班级设置根据家长注册情况而定。为保持教育稳定性和连续性，今后一到九年级中文教材的改变须经全体家长投票通过。
2．逐步建立实施教学质量评估体系，加强教学基础设施建设。
3．进一步探索改进教学方法，不断提高教学质量。

Recap of the education seminar:
As the last discussion on education planning before the vote, we had a successful seminar on March 4th. Associate Dean, Prof. Jun Lin provided the updated information on education assessment system. Once the program goal is established, we will continue to work on the learning objectives along the assessment items to cover different textbooks each grade level. Dean Mingbao Zhang provided a successful presentation on education planning regarding teaching methods. In addition, he discussed our experience with experimental classes and addressed the importance of the voting on March 18th. Thanks to parents for your participation and feedback during discussion! Please come on March 18th to exercise your right on your child‘s education.
