There are slight changes to the school calendar, 1/31/16 will be the school-wide Chinese New Year celebration and 2/7/16 school will be closed. 4/3/16 school will be closed with teacher’s training, and the Westchester Tech Expo. Here is the link for the calendar.

Dear parents,
Just to toss into the mix of the upcoming holiday season excitement, the Speech Contest will be held on 12/13/2015 1:30pm. Parents please clear your child’s schedule for that afternoon as the order of appearance is determined by raffle drawing. Top 3 winners from grade 1,2,3 will join the 6-school Reginonal Final (华夏总校决赛) on 01/10/2016. G4+ winners will be Student MCs in future school events. Further questions? 该俱乐部将于二零一五年十一月二十二日开始第一次活动，
第一次活动概要：
一）。介绍“科学与技术”俱乐部活动计划
二）。向家长讲述责任和义务
三）。向会员讲述会员准则
四）。介绍现今科技动态，讨认科技课题。
五）。问题解答。

为了方便家长记忆，从11 月份起，
为保证学校清洁卫生，请大家用餐后自行清理桌面，保持地面清洁。

As the largest local Asian American association, Westchester Association of Chinese Americans has offered Outstanding Student Leadership and Community Service Award to Chinese American students in the area since 2009. This year, three outstanding students have been selected as the recipients of the award. Leon Lei(雷博) from our school won the second place. Leon stood out from all the contestants with his outstanding academic achievement, dedicated community service in and outside of Chinese School, and innovative research in mathematical theories. Congratulations to Leon!
