All-Parent Meeting This Sunday

Class parents will have a meeting at the auditorium right after the all-parent meeting at 11:40 am.

Direction to Auditorium: From B building, cross the hall way to C building, go downstairs and follow the sign.

Parking Lot Update

A registration desk will be setup again this Sunday in cafeteria to help parents register onsite. Afterwards, new registration/transfer will be accepted only via email (registration@hxgny.org) until the end of September.
Starting from 09/15, unpaid students for language classes need to have the payment status cleared before attending classes.
Fees for certain cultural classes will be collected on Week 3 (Sunday 09/22). Registration team will communicate with parents via email about method of payment.

Adult classes/clubs will start the 3rd week of school (9/22) and online registration is now open. Here is a list of available adult classes/clubs:

HXGNY Mid-Autumn Festival Party

Dear HXGNY families, you are all cordially invited to the Mid-Autumn Festival party on September 22, at Croton Point Park from 12:30 PM to 4 PM. We will provide lunch, drink plus moon cakes for everyone.

The Croton Point park has a big pavilion with tables (rain or shine, it is a perfect location). There are some performances, lots of fun activities for the kids, as well as playground close by. Please bring blankets to sit on during picnic. It will be a great opportunity to meet new friends and catch up with old friends, relax and enjoy the afternoon.

Tickets:
Please purchase actual event/lunch tickets in the White Plain High School cafeteria on Sunday 9/15/13, between 9:30AM till 12:30PM. Or you can purchase ticket online at http://www.hxgny.org/wp/archives/2746.
Please print out a copy of your online purchase receipt to school to exchange for lunch ticket and the BBQ.
The price of the tickets will cover the reservation fees for the park and parking fees, as well as all the food and drinks for everyone. We will prepare sufficient food and drinks for everyone based on the actual tickets sale.
If you purchase the tickets before 9/16, the prices are $8 for adults and seniors, $5 for kid 5 and above, and kids age 0-4 are free.
If you purchase the tickets on 9/22 (the day of the event), the prices will be $10 per adult ticket.

When you enter the park, please inform the guard that you are with the group reservation since school will cover the parking fee so you do not have to pay the additional $5 fee.

We are also looking for volunteers who help us with set up, clean up, preparing food/drink, kids activities. Please let your kid’s class parent know if you can help out. We greatly appreciate it!
